I attempted to purchase tickets online and it would not let me. I called vivid this morning and spoke with Chris M who is one of the most helpful customer service rep I have ever spoken to. He was patient with the 3 different purchases I needed to make and helped me determine the seating arrangement we needed. He kept me informed of what emails I would receive and explained the process not only to me, but to my aunt as well. He will 100% be my point of contact for any future tickets needed. THANK YOU!
