I ordered the splash pad in June and got the same message as everyone else when I contacted the company in July. I tried one last time in August, but they say their site is being updated. They never give you any information for tracking and all of there contact information is unusable.

This was by far the worst online experience! I thought it was a scam at first, because my order never arrived, and there was no customer service no. Available. I filled out a "ticket" but no response. My order did arrive 2 weeks later but the 2 dresses were horrible and looked terrible! Again I filled out another ticket to return but was told that because the items were sold at a reduced price that I should have lower expectations... and that was all... no way to return items offered. So $72 down the drain for items that I'm taking to Goodwill.
