They advertised over 16,000 plans, less than 10% that number was actually delivered. The plans were of poor quality and very outdated. The money back guarantee is a farce. I realized that I had been bamboozled and sent my request for a refund within a couple days of my purchase, that was over year ago. I'm still waiting for the refund. If you are considering making a purchase from Ted's woodworking, I would recommend you reconsider. You can get what you need elsewhere much easier and less expensive.
Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know that they are borderline on fraud. They did not deliver near the number of plans promised. Their is no way to contact them. They do not honor their refund policy. As far as I'm concerned, they are a scam.

This was an online purchase and it was delivered digitally. There is no way to contact anyone except online, and the responses are automated.
