I have an account with Priority tire, ordered tires not available in my area so used Priority. Ordered on a Friday due one tire to replace a blow out. Called twice was told first call not shipped but in PA coming to MD on Monday. Still haven't received shipping tracking so called back today, was lied to tire coming from FL and they can't tell me when I'll receive it. I've learned buy local, I'm at the mercy of Priority now and they cannot be trusted. Terrible customer service, and lack of commitment to customers.!
We do have many warehouses across the country and our shipping and logistics set-up is meant to ensure a 1-6 business day delivery time for each and every order.
If you are close to our warehouses, then naturally you can receive an order very quickly - but as you might expect, not every type of tire is available at every single warehouse!
Obviously we do apologize if we made some type of mistake in advising you beforehand or if indeed some kind of shipping issue occurred.
