I spent $27 on next day service but UPS ended up changing the delivery date and so the package took two days to arrive. Jonnie-O was completely unhelpful. Their "next day" shipping option is misleading. They should be giving customers a projected arrival date before customers commit to paying the extra $27 for "next day" shipping. I will never buy from them again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't be fooled by the "next day air" shipping that costs extra.

Products used:
I returned everything but one hoodie. But now that I know they won't reimburse me for the next day air shipping that was late, I intend to return the hoodie as well.
