I needed 4 network modules so that I could do some upgrades within my network. Two weeks later, I still didn't have them, so I reached out to ALLHDD.com. They said "They're shipping today and you'll get the tracking info tomorrow." Well, tomorrow is now today, and I don't have tracking information. I reached out and again was again told "You will have shipping information tomorrow". I told them I wanted it today or I would begin to leave negative reviews since I had waited two weeks and was never told there would be a delay. They said if I wrote a negative review, they would cancel my order (and they did). This is possibly the worst customer service anyone could provide. Chat transcript is below.
