I ordered a bunch of protex tree tubes. I get that these things are way cheaper than alternatives, and that's why I buy them. They really need to look at their quality control, though. The lengths are all over the place, some are several inches off (but at least mostly towards the long side), even the thicknesses are off, and I think that's maybe why a bunch of them are not punched all the way through. Lots of time wasted trying to tear the tabs loose, open the slots and air holes. Several tabs were so firmly connected at the tip that when they finally ripped loose, the whole tab ripped off. The thinner ones are actually still plenty stiff when assembled and way easier to assemble. Save some material and make them all on the thinner side. Also, I realize you're proud of your biodegradable shipping peanuts, but for a bunch of tree tubes rolled up in a box, there's just no way any damage is going to occur, and having to wrangle all those peanuts into a trash can is a big hassle for more expense on your end. Less is more.
