I purchased an upgraded system in 2017 when 2g was no longer an option. The system I purchased had 3g and wifi capabilities. Now that they have phased out 3g I was relying on my system's wifi features to send me push notifications when the system is triggered. To my dismay, the app no longer sends me push notifications when the system is triggered. I called Fortress and spoke to a customer service woman who told me she couldn't help me, they no longer support my alarm system I would have to buy a new one. She told me there is nothing she could do, while her child was screaming in the background. I am very disappointed with this company, I expect to get more use out of alarm equipment. The truth is they buy these systems from China and don't have the capability to keep their apps up to date.
