Whenever i need a plugin that has that little something extra, I turn to Pixel Film Studios.
Recently I purchased their Glitch plugin for a video and I wanted a specific look that I couldn't find with other plugins.
I've purchased many plugins over the years from PFS and not only do they give my projects a unique look, their cost doesn't break my wallet.
