Ordered a nice suit and the item was not delivered on time. Bluefly blamed me for submitting the wrong address and the post office for not delivering it. Then, the wanted me to call the post office all day looking for the item. When it was finally delivered, it turned out that Bluefly had actually mis-printed the address label?
The best though, was when I tried to return it because it was two sizes two small. They said the item was non-returnable. However, neither the web-site, nor the receipt said the suit was non-returnable. I did not get their attention until I called my credit card and disputed the charge. Then all of a sudden they were interested.
