I had a terrible customer service experience shopping with Michael Kors online. Customer service was not willing to help with an address change. Despite several calls it wasn't done but I was told it was done and I should collect my package from UPS. UPS did not give me the package and it was delivered incorrectly. I reached out for a resolution Via phone several times wrote to them three emails, but no one was ready to listen. Never in my entire life have I received such a treatment from a vendor especially after shopping for over $1000. Every cry went unheard. Do not wish to support this brand anymore for this derogatory treatment.
