Trying to get a response from them is like trying to get your baby to eat his vegetables. The only ones that seem to care are their social team but even then it took me 3 days to find out why my package was stuck in Hong Kong for 2 weeks. Only to be told that the couldn't be shipped because it wasn't allowed.
I asked why, they said ask the shipper. Well the shipper doesn't have a problem! YOU do. Just tell me what your problem is. Funny thing is. I had the same package shipped by DHL and it was shipped no problem.
3 weeks for an express shipment? Get lost. 2023 and Aramex still doesn't change.

So first they say they want verification by me sending a pic of myself holding Id. There's even a photo as reference. They reject it saying it's not clear. I send a clearer photo. Rejected. I send a photo of the ID zoomed in since they have my photo already. No response. I now have money on hold with PayPal. I emailed them three times just asking what they want from me or to just give me a refund. No response for days.
What a terrible service.

Two years later and they still make promises lol. A bunch of scammers. I have spent hundreds of dollars and got nothing but hot air. Filthy company.

They now do NOT respond to me at all and have stolen hundreds of dollars.

Pure thieves. I've gone ahead and reported them to the bank and consumer protection. Please do the same as well so they're shut down.

Do NOT trust them. They are scammers.

So I ordered 40 different wood and resin necklaces.
After 4 months of waiting, I received nothing. (Total price was 450 dollars). I emailed them and they apologized and said that they would like the opportunity to send the items but needed around a Month. Two months later, after not getting anything I email them. They say that they would like to send the items again. I say no thanks give me my money back. They reply saying, well thenitems arrived in your country, go check the post office. So I did. I spent 2 hours trying to get people to help. They finally did find the package BUT it was a tiny back with TWO necklaces in it! And one of them wasnt even the right color! Ive emailed them asking for my money back and no response yet.

Let me tell you how their game works. They charge you for a product. Try to delay as long as possible (so that charge backs arent possible). After the first complaint (since they dont send you anything), they actually do send something, but only just a fraction of your order. Their goal is to just have a tracking number to show you they sent something.

They then hope it gets lost so they can say they can do nothing for you. Or if you actually get it, they say whoops it was a mistake, please wait another couple of months for another shipment.

This is their scam. Take your money. Delay giving you the item. Hope you give up or forget.

Tried it for the first time and their service sucks.
1- no response to emails
2- they just quit on live chat
3- items stuck in "review" for 4 days so far
4- they stopped their FedEx delivery service after subscribing.

At this rate it'll take 2 weeks to get a package. This is sloooooow.
I have a YouTube channel with over half a million subscribers and I review tech. I need speed.

They said that they were late because it was a dangerous good but guess what...
Guys it's a MOUSE and a wireless speaker! They lied...
They also said that they cannot deliver with Fedex because they stopped allowing it, well I chose DHL, I never chose Fedex, another lie.

To add insult to injury, I said, fine, send it back to the seller, I'll get a real forwarder to send it to me. They then wanted to charge me delivery!

I've received laptops, mobiles, power supplies, and so much more using other services on a weekly basis, no problems. With them there is.

I'm now waiting to see how they resolve this. I'll update this rating and this review if they do the right thing and keep you all updated.

Hi Khalifa. We are truly sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience with our service. Our normal response time to messages is one business day. We would not disconnect with you on chat but occasionally there can be technical issues on either end that cause a disruption. Usually you can connect again very quickly to get a resolution. It does appear that your items contained lithium batteries which are considered dangerous goods and require special handling and approval. There is a message in the package details explaining what the issue is, how to resolve it and to contact us for further assistance. FedEx has recently decided to no longer ship to your country due to new political developments there. Regrettably, we have no control over this but we do still have the option to ship there with DHL and UPS. We are showing that we were able to resolve your issue and your order has now been sent.
