I have placed 4 orders with this dump in the last 30 days. I only received 1. When I contacted customer service, I was told the only thing that they can do is put in a claim, which takes 7-10 days. After a long wait, I was told that my claim was denied. So not only did I not get my items, they kept my money.
STAY AWAY. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, even considering Comcast. The customer service here is plain horrible and their management/policies are plain disgusting.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau and my ATTORNEY GENERAL, after reading other reviews.
Tip for consumers:
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, NO EXAGGERATION THAT'S LITERAL!!!
