BARK in Australia is a total scam as far as Real Estate Photography goes.
Over time I have tracked consistent patterns that clearly indicate that this business has a high percentage of bots, the lead generation is extremely poor, trying to connect with a lead is against the odds as most don't even engage.
Friday is a busy day! Drone Photography Locations are mostly in 'No Fly Zones'!
The same potential client names reappear with consistency wanting to engage your services!
This UNBELIEVABLY CROOKED BUSINESS always WINS it can never lose.
The leads are not genuine, the leads seldom respond & Bark will not Refund a Credit.
A DECEPTIVE BUSINESS MODEL THAT IS NOTHING OTHER THAN A SCAM CATEGORY!

Bark.com Lead Generation is nothing but a WELL DESIGNED SCAM. Leads are not genuine, most leads are Bots. 75% of all leads failed to return a call, you have just wasted your money. They refuse to Refund your existing Credits. Initially you get a couple of good leads, then you have to TOP UP your Credits, and then it turns to rubbish.
BARK.com is THE GREATEST LEAD GENERATION SCAM without a doubt.
