Tried ordering a second pair and and it wouldn't let me. I contacted virtual assistant and after back and forth they instructed me to call customer service - totally useless. Not the person's fault they were very nice but the company's lack of training and poor website design.

I wanted to order 2 pairs, for reading and distance - the website wouldn't allow me to change prescription to get the second pair at 50% - which is fine if it had to be the same prescription, but it should be made clear that is in fact the case. Tried using the chat function.

Reason I chose this business:

I have allergies and am hoping they will not cause rash.
