“Amazing workout”

I've been a member of ilovekickboxing burnaby location since August. After my first day trial class I was hooked. I've done a lot of other forms of workouts and this is by far the best. You gain strength, endurance and you have a great time doing it. The instructors are all motivating and supportive and its is a great community to be a part of.
