I accidentally broke the prongs in the charging port on my son's tablet. The company says they can't fix it, it isn't covered under warranty, and I must take it to a 3rd party repair store. Problem is there are no spare parts available for this tablet so its unfixable. I wasted money on both the tablet and repair fees, and all because of a fragile part.
Leapfrog won't even work with me on a discount towards another tablet.
The hardware and software are okay but I can get the same from a Kindle with better customer service. They lost my loyalty.
