I previously rated this company 5 stars, however, 3 months later the mesh on the bra ripped. I contacted customer service via email with a picture. I received a reply telling me that I'd be able to exchange it, and I should call. I called this morning and was disconnected, which was frustrating. I called back later, explained the situation to Toun. She advised me that I would have to buy another since it's passed 60 days. I'm now waiting to hear from customer service, hopefully by Monday, Toun told me. They aren't there because of the weather. I have to wear that bra. No stars because of the complete aggravation experienced from the beginning. Jonte and Dana still get 5 stars for being great.
