Ordered my glasses on Oct 30. The site stated that the frames were in stock. After several weeks I received an email stating the frames were delayed, but their supplier had them in stock. Wait! You said you had them in stock when I ordered them!... Then, every week I received an 'order status update' email stating the glasses were preparing to ship. I ultimately canceled the order, which was an ordeal in itself. If you need your glasses within the next two months, do not order from this company!

I completely understand your frustration and would certainly feel the same way if I were in your shoes. Our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences. I also understand that the order has already been cancelled but we would still like to check what happened and what caused the hold up so we can further investigate and can try to avoid the same thing from happening again in the future.
