My kids have rented from various online textbook rental companies over the years but this is by far the worst. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach and they will not help you over the phone. Live chat does not work and there is very little information available to you when there is a problem. When they refused a returned (used) textbook no explanation was given (in similar condition to when received) and they charge full price. Regardless of when or how this is resolved we will longer do business with them.

I apologize for the delay in responding to your review. I apologize, but we are no longer able to provide telephone support. Our customer service is available via email. Emails are generally responded to in the order they are received within 24 hours however there may be slight delays during peak season. The terms and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase stated that you will be charged the difference in the price you paid and the price to purchase outright if the book is not received within 20 days after the due date.
