Website doesn't mention that all shipments come from CHINA. Something wrong? Good luck. The boots I ordered were defective and also a little small. I wanted to exchange for a larger size (especially since they had a hole in them!) I was advised by the customer service agent to sell the boots to someone else and just re-order a new pair since they felt it would cost me so much money and time to return to China. Gee thanks for the customer service! Don't order from this website!
