“Easy to use and navigate”

Though the platform is easy to use and navigate, I found that it wasn't as engaging. There were no video tutorials or eBooks available which made learning a little more difficult than usual for me. Also, my personal preference was not met with its dull web design so this created an overall negative experience for me in using their services.
