Hello, I had to have some medical bills covered and saw this advertised at the Dr's office. I applied and was approved for the procedure's amount, with a zero -interest promotion for 1 year. Great, I felt safe. I set up automatic payments and never missed one of the 433 monthly payments. 5 months in I am getting all these credit alerts and low and behold, they charged me all the interest, around 2400, and that put me over my limit, so boom it shows I'm a dink and my regular credit card companies all increased my interest rate and one actually dropped me. That one had a zero balance. My credit score used to be close to 800, now I'm not even 6. I quickly paid the negative amount on the carecredit account, about killed me, and thought that I would be okay, NOPE. Now the interest rate is even higher with them and the monthly interest charges are 322.25. Sooooooo you can not get ahead with them, they ruin your credit score and horribly charge you interest on medical bills. I couldn't have just taken out a 14k, with my bank and had their set payments, and I'd be fine... Do NOT trust this shameful company, you will not be safe paying your medical or dental bills. I am so buggered.

Hiya, I watched that long long long video of dr blablaIamsmart, that seemed to take a year, about the dehydrated dog food and it's benefits. I have two newly adopted puppers and wanted to help them as much as I could. Anyhoo I ordered the dog food, on auto-ship to get the discount, it comes and my puppers asked me why I was trying to feed them poisoned cardboard? Ya. Gross, horrible stuff. Anyhoo I speak to the first Customer Service Agent (CSA) and see if I can get a refund or return somehow. No. You opened it... well cancel the subscription because it's awful. Okay blabla. Next thing you know, another box of this crap shows up. No email warning (even though they say they send them out. Never got anything from them) I have to call now. And say hey the last dude CSA cancelled this. Why am I getting anther shipment? Oh. Did you open the box? Um ya. Had to see what was inside and get the paper with the order number and info on it. CSA says, oh sorry, we'll email you a return lable. Okay. And it's cancelled right. RIGHT? Yes, it's cancelled and you will not get anymore. I send it back. Today, not even a month since the last monthly bogus shipment. Another box arrives (insert swearing here) I open it to see what; s inside and get the number. Because it IS NOT ON MY ACCOUNT ONLINE (inserts more swearing here) you can not see anything valuable about your account on line. You have to call and ask what is showing on their hidden profile. Probably says. Keey sending her this crap every other week to make her go crazy. I call again. This CSA sounds like she is asleep and I called and woke her up. Says oh, it was sent before it was cancelled. WHYYYYYY you LIE I calmly (but swearing hard inside) asked if it was indeed cancelled. Oh yes. And you can see order confirmations in your emails. Um what? I have never gotten any, yes I check spam blabla, SEND the return... complain complain complain. She says. Oh maybe I can send you a free return label. UM WAIT. You guys have been charging me to return your garbage that I did NOT order. Csa. Well ya... takes a blood pressure pill and asks if I can speak to a supervisor. Do you have a supervisor? Um yes, but he doesn't com ein until after 9, want me to have him call you? YESS... SEND me the return lable, I will sit here and wait for your email... oh, I can't do that. You have to wait for the wherehouse to... I can go on and on folks. But in short (sorry they made me lose it) they have disgusting dog food and even worse customer service. DO NOT BUY OFF THE BACK OF THIS TRUCK

Hiya, I recently ordered my Mom's Beautiful perfume from here. She's 90 and blind but still wants to smell good and I got her hooked on estee lauder's beautiful back in the 80s. Anyhoo I always shop around and see who offers the most goodies with purchase. This perfume is expensive, so we need those goodies. Stage this time did. We were supposed to get a 7 piece beautiful skin and defined eyes and lips set, estee lauder 2 piece smooth and glow gift with purchase, pick three free gift with purchase and a mystery gift with purchase. The perfume bottle was 88.20. Anyhoo. I ordered it for my mom and submitted it all fine. Next day I look for the tracking number etc. and it shows on my account the order has been cancelled. I immediately called, since they did not even have the courtesy to tell me even with an automated message - and I get 10 automated messages a day it seems from them about sales etc., to tell me it was cancelled. I got on the phone with a nice lady and she apologized and said the system cancelled it because it was my parents card and not mine. No worries she says and she said she fixed it. She also told me that she would have them make it an expedited shipping, free of charge, for our inconvenience, not the first time I have done this. My Mom is 90 and blind. She doesn't drive to the store to shop much... anyhoo. I wait and wait. I look online, my order still says cancelled. I call again, not the nicest person comes on and says no. It's cancelled. Very abrupt and why are you bothering me attitude here geesh lady. I try to stay calm and explain and ask to please check again, I spoke to a nice lady and she told me she fixed it. Oh. Hang on... well this lady seemed to actually have someone manually do an order, she states. Blablabla So, I finally get the perfume. No expedited shipping by the way. And NO goodies... nothing, not even a new receipt in the box. So I'm like. So what did they actually charge. Who knows... I call to inquire about the goodies and this lady, who I am bothering as well, tells me no, no goodies coming, they weren't actually available when you ordered. Um WHAT?>? I asked here why on GOD's green earth would I buy this from you guys without the gifts. I would have bought it from Macy's or Estee Lauder etc. oh well. Sorry... ya. And she went on to explain on how the gifts aren't really available when it says they are on the website... I have to return this expensive perfume now and find somewhere else to shop. They couldn't care less that I was unhappy. Not one drop. No place to leave a review of my order or review of my phone calls. Oh, they never responded to emails to customer service either. I am going to post this all over too. What a disgrace and maybe employ some people who actually want to help a customer who is giving their hard earned money. Unlike theirs! *******525 is the order number

I had my home's siding and all the windows replaced by Sears. I bought from them because of the lifetime warranty. It was so much more expensive then local contractors, but like I said, I bought it from Sears for the warranty... anyhoo I tried to make a claim, storm broke a couple of windows, and tore off and broke some siding. I called to have them come take care of it, and first they wanted 100 to start the claim. Um why?. Then they told me I would have to pay an unknown person to drive from the bottom of NY, I live at the top, mileage and they pay him/her whatever they charge for labor to fix my windows. And while they are they, that person will take pictures of proof about the siding. Long awful story short, they wanted me to pay tons more unspecified money to someone else to fix my windows and they weren't going to fix my siding either. The lady on the phone told me it was best to just call my home insurance and have them do it... I was soooo upset. Why on earth would I pay so much for Sears to do my siding and windows. When they wouldn't even come take care of their own warranty... I lost thousands of dollars paying Sears to do my work... oh also had to pay someone else to clean up all the glass they left broken on the side of my house all covered up with crap. So folks, use your local contractor or handyman. Even if they don't offer a warranty. It is cheaper... so much cheaper... no wonder Sears is going out of business

Well I was happy at first then I visited my daughter, who I got to sign up too, along with many others. And they closed my account. MY ACCOUNT. Because I wanted to show them my history of clicks on the site... I spoke to them before I went,,. BEFORE I WENT... and told them I knew you couldn't do two accounts in one house for the big special daily rewards... and I did not do that at all... I had made so many purchases. And the plane tickets to get out there... and they closed my account and repeated told me I had done something wrong... bunch of frappers. Even told them how to fix their system to prevent this,. They wouldn't hear it. Buggers. Wasted so much time and money.
