I called for a ride to the airport & they actually started charging me an extra $14.99 a month for a membership, that I did not approve. When I called them I was told they would not give a refund & that I was pretty much stuck with the charges. I am disputing these charges with my credit card company. I would never use this company if I were you, they will steal your money! Additionally, this service is mostly for us senior citizens. So they are taking advantage of & stealing from senior citizens! How pathetic is that! This company needs to be closed down...
Tip for consumers:
I am filing complaints with the BBB, the Attorney General, Consumer Protection as I am a senior citizen, Facebook, all over social media, the internet, & anywhere else I can think of...I hope the $45 is worth it to them.
Products used:
They would not give me a refund at all. I got absolutely nothing for the $14.99 for the past 3 months!
