I have booked with hotels.com and I want to cancel one of the rooms. I called the property and they are accepting to refund the cancelation but hotels.com is pretending for a week that cannot reach the property. I dont understand how professional liars hotels.com is being Im calling the property everytime I can reach them but hotels.com cannot reach them. They are a big liars the worst company every! Never trust such company.
