I have had numerous problems, but I will only speak on my recent issue. I bought a phone from Amazon and claimed exoneration which I am entitled to every 6 months. Customs asked for the description of the item and what I'm going to use it for and to sign the document. Really? Its a Customs agency. They already know its a phone. And you want me to describe the phone and tell you what a phone is used for? So I gave them what they asked for through Aeropost. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting on my package. I contact Aeropost via chat…they tell me I need to submit paperwork describing the phone features and what I am going to use it for. What? You received that 3 weeks ago and even sent me a confirmation e-mail thanking me for responding quickly to your request! The person asked for proof. I sent the contents of the e-mail where they thanked me for submitting the information they requested. The person in chat said they would get back to me. Wait, what? Okay. They never contacted me. My package is supposedly still in Customs…lost or forgotten…I can't tell. No one knows anything.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT use this company if you have other reliable options. If this is your only option, then I am sorry for you.
