The customer service is horrible and most of the reps don't speak english that you can understand the rep became frustrated with me after trying to explain to her the issue with my order she hung on me I called back explained that I was just hung up im not the issue the new rep tells me its my phone gets smart and hung up again. For the Love! Really not professional at all I have been a customer for 2 years never a problem. This month I was overcharged and i didnt make a purchase I made a purchase last month im confused and i cancelled my acct good luck to anyone shopping with Shoedazzle I hope they hire nice employees with the ability to multi task and listen instead of hanging up on the customer!
