I booked flight on 10th feb. I wanted to reschedule it. I have been told to pay for another flight charges, and old charges will be refund.
I did same. But now they are denying to refund, saying that we have checked our recordings, based on which we have not committed to refund. When I asked for those recording they said we cant provide recordings because of company policy. They are clearly playing. They said they will arrange call to made me listen call records but ita been more than 10 days I didnt received any call. When I follow up they say we are working on it.
Clearly they dont want to refund, it was their customer care executive mistake, I have recordings too,
