Customer service is atrocious. Waiting over 30 minutes every time I call is insane. On top of that, my order came, it was the wrong item. Waaay Wrong, I ordered a men's watch and was sent a flowery women's. Then I called to get it rectified, shipped off the wrong item (y'all got it 7 Dec 17) & should've got the correct one within 3 business days after arrival. Nope. Called again, where is my watch? Something happened with shipping, but a new order was set up and sent out. I got the correct watch overnight. Looks great, but one of the small, dials inside that face of the watch has detached and is caught up on the hands. I am now on hold AGAIN, going on 30 minutes, to get my money back or to get another watch. I am sooo unhappy with this whole experience, youronly saving grace is that your customer service reps are very polite. Wish this was not happening days before Christmas.
