On 2/27/2024, I visited your store and discovered what a true pleasure it was to be assisted by Marlene.

I had a huge problem with my cell verbally reading "all" of my emails out loud. I was even unable to power off my phone. Marlene worked on my phone and was able to fix my phone perfectly. I am so grateful.

Marlene also assisted me in purchasing a Samsung Galaxy phone. It was delivered with no problems and on the day as promised.

When I picked up my new phone, Marlene was extremely busy with other customers. She was able to again assist me in transferring my data to my new phone. She also was professional and very courteous towards all customers.
