I used to enjoy thredUp, and didn't mind that I didn't make a ton of money, as on their website it says the donate what they do not use. However, recently in my area they started charging to process the bag, and I made $0.54. Seriously? I follow all the guidelines, and nothing in return. I'm not okay with that... And, you can not find anywhere that states where they actually donate what they do not accept; I won't be going back to their site, they can keep the change.

Tip for consumers:
I sent in a new bag, just to try again. Everyone deserves a second chance. My experience was the same... They labeled brands incorrectly, and less than half of what I sent in. They do not send what they do not take to any kind of clothing places like Goodwill or other organizations. They make an extreme profit off of what is sent in, and consigners make minimal, worse than garage sale prices. I'm done now, even deleting the app.

They used to be an easy way to sell clothes, and I actually got a nominal but good enough payout...
