Everything was pretty straight-forward about the purchase. They have great prices and shipping was fast. My concerns are:
1. There is not enough product information on many of the supplements. I had to go to other sites to find product facts, and
2. Shipping discounts and policies aren't especially clear and sometimes contradictory

Hi Kristi! Glad you enjoyed our service and shipping. We apologize about our shortcomings, we are working very hard to improve our content. If you see any specific instances that need improvement please bring it to our attention. We would really appreciate any feedback. As for shipping, most of our products are shipped FREE, and you can identify them with the green truck logo. Otherwise, we ship at a flat rate of $6.95, but if you purchase more than $99 the cost is voided and the entire order ships for FREE. Hope this clarifies it. Thanks for the review!
