I was informed that a $1600 watch had been charged to my credit card. Within 5 minutes if the order, I emailed TOM to advise them not to ship the watch. They have no phone service so email is the only communication. 6 emails and a Facebook message gave yielded only roboreplies, so my credit card must intervene - but they don't even gave a phone #. What legit business Ford t take phone calls?
Tip for consumers: So frustrating to not be able to communicate - especially in a case like this that involves credit card fraud (including something trying to set up a recurring payment).
