Fees were Paid In Full on February 16Th 2011. The Entry Rules State, Your Banner will be Received 6 weeks After Entry Fee Payment is Made, It has been 16 weeks and NOTHING! The Director Melissa T. Hooks has FAILDE to RETURN any of My Emails, Phone Calls ETC.
I Called the Fraud Dept W/Paypal to HELP me get my $$$ Back.
