I strongly recommend considering an alternative provider to avoid potential financial loss. Particularly noteworthy is Mr. Abhinash from customer service, who displayed significant unprofessionalism throughout the interaction.
Tip for consumers: I initially booked a ticket with them, but there was an error in the booking. When given the option for a refund or an alternative booking, I chose the latter, yet there has been no progress—no responses whatsoever. Interestingly, my sister encountered a similar issue with another provider (trip.com), and they efficiently resolved her matter within just two hours. The disparity in professionalism is quite evident.
