They charged my customer and reported a failed transaction... We asked them for a reversal, and its been a month since they have not reversed the amount to my customer.
Tip for consumers: They are all frauds, and I will sue them for failing to reverse the unsuccessful transaction. We wrote them multiple emails asking about the payment status, and they kept responding that they were looking into it and would get back to us. since over a month ago, their time has not yet arrived. Do Not put your money and the money of your clients at risk by trusting this company.
