My order was delayed due to a warehouse issue, which was not ideal but not unreasonable. So I asked for an ETA of when it would ship out and was told Friday. I then received shipping information that they had not shipped it out until Tuesday. When I emailed them and asked for a discount due to the additional delay (since the timing was a big consideration for me), they cancelled my order and refused to reinstate it.
Good thing for me too -- I ordered from ecorugs.com and got better, faster service and it cost less money for the same high quality, made in america, natural rubber and felt product.
