I have purchased before and everything was great in the past so I ordered beauty items for my friend and I am expecting them to be as good as other products that I have ordered.

They persistently ignore customer enquiries or concerns. This is not the way to treat people let alone customers. So boycotted. Don't waste your time giving them your money for ignorance in return.
