Pros- Writers are very nice, they are obviously real (not bots as I was thinking), respond quickly and overall the writers are wonderful people. Also, customer service is wonderful, attentive, and are quick to provide refunds if you are unhappy with the work.

Cons- My first two papers received an A+ and an A-, my next 3 papers got a C, C- and D. (I used the same 2 writers). I am skeptical after reading other people's comments that this site writes an amazing paper (or two) so you get hooked but then makes no effort to provide quality papers after that. My teachers feedback on the 3 bad papers was beyond embarrassing

My advice- Have the writer finish your paper at least a week before it is due so you can go through and make the necessary changes.

Update: Customer service is good. They did contact me after reading this review and gave me a partial refund.

I paid $260 for a 9-page paper but they charged my credit card $361 with taxes etc. The quality is ok but they forgot to add any of the footnotes so I had to struggle to go through the paper and add them in myself. Basically, paid $360 for an ok average grade paper that I still had to put work into. Will use other essay sites in the future.
