I ordered 84 beaker mugs with silicone handles. Terrible quality! The handle is so wobbly and unstable that it cannot hold liquids - the mug is UNSAFE. These containers are not mugs! False advertising!
The quality of the print and our logo is also poor!
When I contacted them regarding this issue, they categorically refused to consider any concession.
Terrible service, rude and unprofessional.
