Bought 2 loads from them on the app for 150 pesos each. I complained many times to them we got the notification but no loads. After 32 days of their investigation they came back that it was loaded. Tell that to my two daughters that didn't receive them. Conclusion is they are a rip off and if you want a solid app choose G cash for your transactions.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use maya bank mobile app. They will take your money
Shoppee banned a seller but did not inform me so I ordered 3M finesse polish and received a peace if packing plastic. I got ripped off for 1,400 pesos and no response from shoppee so I will delete shoppee and only use Lazada from now on.
