I booked an emergency car for my husband, as his flights were delayed in JHB. The car rental company refused to release the car due to him not having the credit card in his hands. The booking was null and void. The cancellation agreement was hidden and they will not refund me for NO SERVICE rendered. Then, more money was taken off off my credit card... NO SERVICE USED.
They do not have customer service support and block complaints and requests, emails replied by AI. Please do not use this service as the customer support is horrendous. They also did not release the funds to the car company so the car company cannot refund me. I am so disappointed at the daylight robbery.

I would like CarFlexi to update and revise their refund policy and put the customer first.
