I purchased 2 bowls ($156) as a surprise first gift for our daughter's Frenchie and it's been a jumbled mix of conflicting emails, delays, and tracking links.
First we receive an email with a link that indicated the order was delivered! After alerting her to check for the package (and it wasn't there) I contacted them to determine why.
Received another email / tracking link stating shipment is still in China! And again checked today 6/3, still in China.
No telephone customer service telephone # so it's a mess of back/ forth emails. I've asked to have the order cancelled, the package recalled and money refunded. We'll see how long it takes for that? And be prepared for the onslaught of solicitation emails (several a day!)
The site appeared to have high quality merchandise but it's been 8 days and numerous conflicting emails later and the shipment hasn't yet left China
Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and find another site for your merchandise!
