I asked for my order to be expedited. Customer service agreed. I asked if the fee would be added to my card. They, sent me a link without explaining what to do inside the link. I asked what was I supposed to do as I didn't know if that site was for me to track my shipment or what. Below is the conversation between the rep and I. Never have I ever been so insulted and treated such disrespect by a business. NEVER!
We cancelled the buyers' order after they started cursing at our employees, we do not tolerate that sort of harassment here, this is why they are upset. As you can tell by her photos, she cursed out one of our employees that was trying to help.
