“Buyer BEWARE HORRIBLE customer service on bad parts”

Bought the Mavic Pro Plus More kit... got everything ok. But... one of the batteries is non-functional and won't charge. These sell for 130.00 retail... they won't change it out. They want me to return the WHOLE KIT fir a refund... after I've already opened. ISANE! They say they can't replace the item. The only way is to get a refund. NEVER will I do business with them again.
If I could give negative stars I would. Now I have to go out and buy a 130.00 battery to replace the defective one they sent and won't replace. Buy elsewhere... Buyer BEWARE

The bundle is full of items of lesser value, most of them fluff! They send fewer items than...
