This company was hired to edit and layout our book nearly a month ago. They were slow in showing us anything as far as the layout or editing was concerned. After pressing them for something they sent us a layout that was terrible. It was thrown together, entirely double spaced and didn't reflect any of the instructions we included when we hired them. To this day we haven't been able to see any editing, not even a sample. Do you think it takes 3 weeks to provide a sample of the editing? We don't. When we first contacted them they were offering a Black Friday deal and the price was right. But as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for, and we haven't even gotten that. We advise anyone reading this to find a reputable company and pay more if necessary. We have very little good to say about this company.
