I tried to exchange a Large for medium short. I mailed it back to them and Adidas sends back the same Large short. I call customer service and was told they only allow 1 exchange. It was THEIR fault the exchange was not corrected. The customer service Leshawn

Adidas America had me take a photo of the item and box to verify for their records the item was incorrectly sent back to me. Why do I need to waste my time to verify their mistake and still not get an exchange?
