CONSTANTLY get spoiled produce.like clearly spoiled.do they even look at what they are doing? I always specify an alternate item yet they will give me a completely random item that I didn't even choose. One order which had 8 total items and 5 were substituted.again they do not bother. Customer service is a joke because they repeat scripted apologies and give you discount codes that do not work.

Another instance was where the driver insisted on taking a photo of my ID when I had no alcohol or meds.just groceries. Very questionable practice.

They purposely will only post positive reviews, which gives a false impression that their products are highly rated. I posted a review for bad product and they refuse to post it and they do not stand behind their return policy
