What a scam! We contracted with them for 3 mos. The salesperson knew this and never told us that the contract self-renewed even though he knew that I ONLY wanted 3 mos of job posting. I posted one position and recd nothing even remotely qualified for the job. Stick with Indeed. They don't scam you with hidden self-renewals.
Tip for consumers:
STAY AWAY! The resumes I recd were unqualified so even the 3 mos I legitimately ordered were a waste. Then, they scam you by self-renewing without your knowledge. The sales person KNEW I only wanted 3 mos advertising and never mentioned it was self-renewing. Shady business practices

I ordered 3 mos of advertising on their page but they sneakily self-renewed my subscription every three months for almost a year. Use Indeed for your hiring. They don't scam you like this company.

Our records show that you received an email from your Account Manager in April of 2023 informing you that your subscription would auto-renew after the initial three months unless you requested that we cancel your membership before that time. These terms have been shared during our payment flow and in additional email outreach from our team.
