I like renting through balance Property! I personally worked with Victoria both times renting people are friendly and helpful and understanding when the cold weather hit they gave out heaters to people that were in need that were rentingManagement people are friendly understanding patient and helpful. All I can say is I rented through them in the past and the only reason I had to switch it over because the building was bought to another company but since then I have came back to balance property at a different location and I'm very happy
